After moving my Mom in, I was there everyday sometimes twice. After a week I was secure in knowing she was safe there and the best thing is she told me she was happy. Much happier than she was at the previous home. Mom told me this home was warm and the caregivers kind and thorough, that they checked on her often made surer she was comfortable and she always had her favorite apple juice by her bed. She was at home now. I could rest. When the end came my Mom called for the night care as it was 1:45 a.m., They came to her bed and made sure my Mom was warm, safe, a comfortable. It was a perfect ending, for a perfect woman, in a perfect place.

I decided to check out Taylormade Care as it was close to my home. I walked through the door for the first time and felt like my prayers had been answered. I was impressed with the openness, cleanliness and sunny atmosphere of the home. Tina sat and talked with me and that sealed the deal. I could tell that she cares about her residents and wants the best for each of them. She makes a point of respecting each resident’s privacy and attends to his or her needs individually. She was my family’s guardian angel sent to help us through this troubling time.

From the start Tina literally adopted my mom as her own “grandma” and loved and treated her as her own family member. She has infinite patience and a kind, loving nature. In addition she and her husband live on the premises. It is unusual to find such warmth and caring combined with this type of direct supervision

Our family wishes to express our heartfelt appreciation for the kindness and excellent care our mother, Phyllis, received during her stay at your facility. During her stay you gave us every reason to feel confidence in your knowledge and skill as a proven caretaker. Your patience, sensitivity, and genuine concern enabled our mother to pass from this life with her pride and dignity intact. It is never easy to turn life of a loved one over to an outsider’s care, but we have grown to think of you as one of the family

Tina cared for my father Ronald for almost a year before he passed away. I found Tina to be very caring, knowledgeable, and professional in my dealings with her. My father was not the easiest of patients, but Tina always had a smile to share, and dealt with him in a kind manner. She was knowledgeable about his care and able to determine when it was necessary for him to be sent to the hospital. She was open to getting special food items and treats to make Dad happy. She had people come in that would do crafts, sing and visit with the tenants. Dad particularly loved the singing. Dad loved dogs and had many Great Dane’s over the years, one of the tenants arranged for someone she knew to bring in 2 Great Dane puppies to visit with Dad. He was so thrilled. They even took pictures of them and put them up on the wall. Tina was always open to doing things that made the tenants happy. I would not hesitate to recommend Tina, her staff, and her home to anyone considering care for their loved ones.
